JettWin Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between JettWin ("we", "us", "the platform") and any person ("you", "the player") who registers an account, makes a deposit, or plays any game on the JettWin platform at jettwin.app.

By completing the JettWin registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the JettWin platform.

JettWin is an online gaming platform designed for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). These Terms are written in English and the English version is the binding version in all cases.

To register and play on JettWin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing JettWin from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a JettWin employee or contractor.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on JettWin or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

JettWin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is complete.

Each player may hold only one JettWin account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national ID or passport.
• A valid email address that you own and have access to.
• A valid mobile number registered in your name.
• Your date of birth.

Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms. JettWin may close any account where registration details are found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and any balance in such an account may be voided.

JettWin accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your JettWin account under any circumstances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JettWin login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any other person.

JettWin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. If you receive a communication claiming to be from JettWin and asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

• Use a strong, unique password for your JettWin account.
• Do not access your JettWin account from shared or public devices.
• Log out of your account after each session on shared devices.
• Notify JettWin support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

JettWin accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to JettWin in advance of the activity occurring.

JettWin processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No currency conversion is applied. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your JettWin account.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time in most cases.
• JettWin does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. JettWin does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within a few hours of the request being submitted.
• JettWin may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents will delay processing.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

JettWin offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not real-money funds, until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds not used before the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• JettWin reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.

All games available on JettWin — including Fortune Tiger, Fortune Rabbit, Fortune Horse, Double Fortune, Butterfly Blossom, Vivo Live, and Blackjack MH — use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game are accurate and reflect the long-term statistical return of the game.

By playing any game on JettWin, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG and are not influenced by JettWin or any third party.
• Past game outcomes have no bearing on future outcomes.
• The house edge is built into each game's design and is reflected in the published RTP.
• JettWin does not guarantee that any player will win any amount at any time.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game session, the affected round will be voided and any stake placed during that round will be returned to the player's account. JettWin's decision on technical disputes is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JettWin and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction through your payment provider (chargeback fraud).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JettWin staff or other players.

JettWin cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide account information and transaction records where required by law or court order.

JettWin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Reminders: Set a time limit for your gaming sessions. JettWin will notify you when your session limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from JettWin for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the JettWin platform — including but not limited to the JettWin name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of JettWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any JettWin content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of JettWin's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JettWin's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JettWin accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from interruption of service, technical failures, or maintenance periods.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits JettWin's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by JettWin's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your JettWin account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

JettWin reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent activity is detected or suspected.
• The account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory requirement.
• The player has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed by JettWin due to a Terms breach, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned after investigation, unless they are subject to a legal hold or are found to be proceeds of fraud.

JettWin may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at jettwin.app/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. Your continued use of JettWin after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should close your account before the change takes effect. Closing your account after a change has been notified but before it takes effect will not be treated as a breach of the updated Terms.
